 Temperature Controlled Warehousing in Charlotte Distribution Technology offers over 120,000 square feet of temperature controlled warehousing space. 86,000 square feet is currently at 72 degrees and 34,000 square feet at 50 degrees and can go to 34 degrees.

This facility is food-grade and offers the highest sanitation standards available. The American Sanitation Institute rating of Excellent!

We have experience handling dairy, chocolate and other candies, malt beverages, grain products, and several other types items in this storage space.

In addition we have utilized this space for clean, temperature sensitive, non-food items such as polymers.
