Distribution Technology offers more than 500,000 square feet of food grade, rail-served distribution space. We feature both ambient and temperature-controlled storage depending upon your unique needs.

We have more than 120,000 square feet of temperature-controlled warehousing space. 86,000 square feet is air-conditioned and 34,000 square feet is available for refrigeration.

Distribution Technology has experience handling chocolate and other confections, malt beverages, wine, grain products and an array of other items in this storage space.

Our grocery facilities are regularly independently graded for sanitation by the American Sanitation Institute and are consistently given the highest award of “Excellent.”
